Close to quality executive neighborhoods in the region, the leasing velocity in the market tightened the overall peer group occupancy and rental rates outperformed the general market.
DIG added substantial value via newly executed leases and renewals. DIG exited the investment while occupancy was stabilized at over 90% with a weighted average lease term of 4.0 years with a mix of national and regional tenants.
