Tenaya Quail East was a distressed opportunity that had recently been foreclosed upon and was 40% leased. Most of the existing vacancy was in shell condition, leaving opportunity to develop unoccupied space or build for specific tenant use.
DIG implemented a development business plan for the existing vacant shell space and leased up the property prior to selling in February of 2017.
