VP of Project Management
Prior to transitioning to this new role with DIG Rene oversaw an affiliated hospitality company of DIG that owned four gaming taverns with over 80 employees in Las Vegas, NV. Rene brings over 25 years of hospitality experience, working as an Executive overseeing the design, construction, management and operations of numerous restaurants and a boutique Beverly Hills Hotel.
During her tenure she opened more then 50 outlets and oversaw a consistent staff of over 100 employees and worked under several celebrity chefs. Rene attended New England Culinary Institute where she studied Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Business Management.
